Shipping and Returns:
We ship our products the day they are baked, to ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible and experience that irresistible fresh taste and aroma. This means that orders placed after 11:00AM Eastern Time will go out on the next available shipping date. Orders placed after 11:00AM on Thursdays will not be baked and shipped until the following Monday: we want our cookies and cakes to be enjoyed at their freshest, and never left sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

Because our products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order. Unfortunately, once our products leave our facility we cannot accept returns.

While we try to have all orders delivered on the specified delivery date, for reasons beyond our control there are times when this is not possible. We do not take responsiblity for orders arriving before or after the specified delivery date due to carrier error.
